Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as a Photo Booth Technicians. As a Photo Booth Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our photo booth equipment during events, providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and ensuring a seamless printing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down/pack up photo booth equipment at event venues.

  • Operate photo booth software and hardware efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and printing.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to event attendees.

  • Assist guests with using the photo booth and encourage engagement.

  • Monitor the photo booth throughout the event to ensure optimal performance.

  • Ensure high-quality prints and timely delivery to customers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.

  • Communicate effectively with event organizers and venue staff.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in technology and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with computer software and basic troubleshooting.

  • Basic photography skills and understanding of camera operation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Availability to work Friday evenings through Sunday evenings, with flexibility for occasional weekday events.

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to transport equipment to and from events.

  • Capacity to lift and carry equipment, up to 50 pounds.

  • Must have enough space in vehicle for transporting photo booth equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in event services or photography is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Most events occur on weekends, typically Friday evenings through Sunday evenings.

  • Each event shift is approximately 5-6 hours in duration.

​
